Kayaking and yoga |
A different kind of adventure for body and soul. Spoil yourself on a day’s kayaking and yoga in our beautiful archipelago. Open up your senses for new experiences! You don’t need previous skills for kayaking or yoga. Be curious and try something new! We begin the day with a light yoga session with basic warming-up exercises before the kayaking trip. After warming-up it is time to grip the paddle and glide on the beautiful archipelago waters and explore the nature and the sea. We proceed in slow tempo so that everyone gets the chance to enjoy the kayaking and all the fine things the archipelago has to offer. We take a lunch break on the seashore or by a sea bay where you also have the chance to take a dip in the sea. Back ashore, we finish off the day with another wonderful yoga session with stretching exercises that soften and relax the whole body and unify your body and soul into one entity.
